Except as otherwise indicated, if you register online for creation of an account for example to avail the E-Services, using our online form and provide us your name and e-mail or postal address, and other information, we will use that information only to create your account and serve you, for example, the available E-Services.

Registered users, if they have opted to receive updates and notifications, may get email notifications on the updates on GCAA regulations, updates on license guidelines and updates related to any other E-services.

The GCAA does not warrant that the operation of the GCAA’s website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content of the website will be free from Viruses. In the event that GCAA notifies registered users of any known interruption or irregularities in the operation of the website, the registered user shall take such computer security related steps which may be reasonably required by the GCAA under the circumstances to prevent or mitigate potential losses arising from such interruption or irregularities.

If you submit a resume online:
The resume data you do submit will be used for employment consideration only and will be stored in an internal resume tracking system for one year. Your data is only available internally to a limited number of hiring officials and, unless you authorize the GCAA to share it with other federal hiring officials, it will not be shared with any other people or organizations internally or externally.

Except as otherwise indicated, if you choose to submit a question/feedback or comment using our online form and provide us your name and e-mail or postal address, we will use that information only to respond to your question or comment.

• We will not share your name, e-mail, or postal address with any third party, other than as described below in our Security Notice.
• We will not create individual profiles with the information that you have provided.
• Under no circumstances will we give your name, e-mail, or postal address to any private organization, commercial or otherwise.

Use of Cookies
GCAA site set a temporary session cookie on a visitor's computer whenever User Clicks the “Remember Me” on Login page it will be deleted after certain time period . Cookies may be set when one logs in to maintain logged-in status. If one saves a user name in one's browser, that information will be saved for up to 1 year,  and saved user name will be populated in User Name field, if user re-visit to the same Login page . Contributors using a public machine who do not wish to show their username to future users of the machine should not select “Remember Me” in login page.

Applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates only shall be implemented in connection to any disputes arising from using this website. In addition, courts of the United Arab Emirates shall be the exclusive jurisdiction to consider and settle such disputes.
