Under the Department of Flight Safety & Security – Licensing & Aeromedical Section main responsibility is to issue the flight crew, cabin crew, flight engineers, flight dispatchers and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s licences and the issuance of the medical certificates for the holders of an UAE flight crew, cabin crew and flight engineers’ licence. The issuance of all the said licences and the medical certificates are based on the requirements as stipulated in the U.A.E. Civil Aviation Regulations.
