2. Develop policies to encourage industrialization in the field of Civil Aviation.

4. Support research and training in Civil Aviation Sector.
5. Develop modern infrastructure to promote the Authority services in order to cope with the fast growth in aviation.
6. Ensure the application of airports and passenger security standards and enable competent authorities and flight operators in the state to implement the security programs and emergency plans.
